Dialler alarms With this service the monitoring station looks at the alarm signals sent by the alarm system. They will not notify you if the alarm is not turned on. Status of phone line is not monitored. This format is generally used by homes or owner businesses

IP Multipath This service allows the monitoring station to monitor the status of the phone line. This technology is available in various levels & has the following paths: Path 1 Ethernet Path 2 Dial up ISP Path 3 GPRS Path 4 PSTN Path 5 GSM. This ensures that if communication via 1 or more paths linking the system to the monitoring station is cut, communication remains intact via other paths, so appropriate action can be taken by the monitoring station. Video Verification This service allows the control room to verify alarm activations using the latest video verification technology (Home information) (Business information)

Supervised Times With this service store opening & closing times will be reported to the monitoring station. The monitoring station will notify nominated contacts if the alarm is not turned on, or if someone unauthorised enters the premises outside nominated working hours. This format is generally used by most businesses.

Reports With this service you can monitor staff entry & exit times that can be email, posted or faxed.
